At French Connection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and tagged items. Please note that sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
